W&M Kaplan Arena & The Mack
The W&M Athletics Complex uses bold graphics and clear wayfinding to bring Tribe Athletics to life for recruits, student-athletes, and visitors.
The graphics create an immersive experience that puts Tribe Athletics front and center. We used school colors, dynamic imagery, and dimensional branding to carry team pride from the entry sequence into locker rooms, lounges, and shared spaces.

The visual experience extends across Kaplan Arena and the new Mackesy Sports Performance Center, known as The Mack. Large-scale wallcoverings feature student-athletes, crowds, championship moments, and team celebrations, while repeated TRIBE and GO TRIBE graphics reinforce school spirit. A coordinated wayfinding system helps visitors move seamlessly between the two facilities.
A large dimensional W&M logo anchors the entry and creates a strong first impression for recruits and visitors.
New directories, directional signs, and destination IDs make the large athletics complex easier to navigate.
Locker room entries pair dimensional TRIBE lettering with sport names to identify each team space.
