Careers
We value people who lead with curiosity, care about the details, and make the work better with their ideas.
We are a small environmental graphic design studio in downtown Charlottesville. Our team brings together graphic and industrial design, architecture, and other perspectives to create environments for educational, community, and mission-driven organizations.
Curiosity, problem solving, and attention to detail are central to our work. We share an interest in the built environment and in how design shapes people’s experience of a place. The work moves between big-picture thinking and getting into the details, with plenty of room for people who like to get involved and see an idea become something real that matters to the people who use it.
We are not currently hiring for a specific position, but we are always interested in hearing from talented people who think they might be a good fit for our team.

Meaningful Work
We work with organizations that have a purpose beyond the space itself. From large university campuses to small community-run organizations, our projects help people learn, connect, navigate, and feel a sense of belonging.
Different Perspectives
A diverse team makes better work. We value different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and ways of thinking because they give us a broader understanding of the people who use the spaces we design. We want people to bring their perspective to the table and learn from others.
Continuing Education
There’s always more to learn. We support continuing education and professional development while giving team members opportunities to build expertise and develop hands-on skills. As interests and strengths develop, we look for opportunities to take on new responsibilities.
Benefits That Support You
We want our team to have the support they need both at work and in life. Our benefits include health care, retirement matching, parental leave, paid time off, and professional development support.
Hybrid Office Schedule
We believe in working together while making room for flexibility. Our hybrid schedule gives team members the opportunity to work from home two dedicated days a week while still spending meaningful time together in the studio.
Life in Charlottesville
Our studio is located on the Downtown Mall, surrounded by restaurants, shops, galleries, and plenty to do within walking distance. Just beyond downtown, the Blue Ridge Mountains, rivers, trails, and other outdoor spaces make Charlottesville a great place to live and work.
