Brittney Butler brings two decades of experience in the architectural and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) industries. As the Founder and Creative Director of Iconograph, she sets the studio’s creative vision and technical direction. She partners closely with clients to understand each project’s goals and leads the development of design solutions that support mission, reflect identity, and shape meaningful experiences in the built environment.
Brittney specializes in wayfinding systems, architectural graphics, and branded environments, primarily for educational and community-focused clients. She believes buildings can function as powerful teaching tools, and uses environmental graphics to help people understand, interpret, and move through complex environments. She directs projects from early programming and signage planning through construction documentation and administration in close coordination with architects, consultants, and fabricators to ensure design integrity at every step.
Brittney combines creative direction with technical expertise to develop cohesive graphic and signage systems that support how people experience the built environment. Outside of the studio, she enjoys gardening and tackling home renovation projects, always looking for thoughtful ways to improve the spaces around her.
